Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KP Juris handles personal data collected through kpjuris.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the nature of your matter and a brief description. We ask you not to include confidential details in an enquiry.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage KP Juris, to establish and administer that engagement. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

We process enquiry details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@kpjuris.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and, where no engagement follows, for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through a service provider, and the website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside India. We do not otherwise share your details, except where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Where we measure website use, we use cookie-free analytics that do not identify individual visitors. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam, which processes limited technical information for that purpose.

Your rights

You may ask to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to have it erased, and you may nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. To do so, email info@kpjuris.com.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how your personal data has been handled, please contact our grievance officer at info@kpjuris.com. We will respond within the time required by law. If your concern is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
